WuGu R&D center is well-equipped to conduct various research and development tasks for drug candidates. Through an Industry-Academy Cooperation project, we have been conducting research and development tasks in various segments.
Analytical laboratory
It is equipped with a range of instruments to maintain data integrity with a range of world-renowned instruments to maintain data integrity, including HPLC, GC, UV and more.
SPF (Specific Pathogen Free) animal room
It is used to establish various tumor - bearing animal models to evaluate the safety and efficacy of drug candidates, as well as to conduct various disease models to evaluate the safety and efficacy of drug candidates, as well as to conduct various disease models on rats and mice to expedite the development time line.
In addition, in-vivo pharmacodynamics, toxicology, mechanism of action, and pharmacokinetic studies are conducted to improve R&D capacity and generate analytic reports based on ISO-like and GLP-like guidance.
BSL1 Cell Laboratory
Includes a drug screening platform that employs analytical methods such as cell apoptosis assay, cell migration assay, cell invasion assay, and cell cytotoxicity assay before initiating studies on live animal models.
The BSL1 Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Laboratory conducts general biochemistry and molecular biology detection methods of DNA, RNA, Proteins and cells to explore advanced research in pharmacology and mechanisms of action (MOA).
Finally, the Pathology Laboratory provides pre-clinical pharmacology analysis for animal tissue sections, including H&E staining and immunohistochemistry (IHC).
